Went all around town to hardware stores trying to get a key copy. None of the kiosks would accept my key and when one did, it wasn't correct and didn't fit my lock. Robert's Key Service was quick, personable, and accurate. A real testament to human skills and knowledge over big box corporate tech.

Fixed security door lock at mother's house. Works like new again. Waiting time can be long for a scheduled date. Can be weeks because he is so busy and popular, but it is worth it. Very experienced and prepared expert guy. Highly recommended.

My oldest daughter needed to make some spare door keys of her new home, so we went to Lowe's and Home Depot. Both big box retailers couldn't do it because they claimed the key was odd sized, so they didn't stock the duplicate. We went home from the suburb with frustration. I did some research on Yelp and located Robert's which was located only a mile and half away. Went there next morning and had 4 duplicate keys made in 5 minutes. The cost was less than $13 with tax, cheaper than the big box retailers. The gentleman that helped me was extremely friendly and professional. Pay street parking only, but there were plenty of spaces.
